REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Minute Momentum provides personalized coaching services, digital resources, and access to the Minute Momentum coaching platform. Because coaching services and program access begin after enrollment, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable once coaching services, onboarding, program development, or access to the Minute Momentum platform has begun, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Payment Plans

Selecting a payment plan does not convert a fixed-term coaching program into a month-to-month service. Payment plans simply divide the total program fee into scheduled installments.

Clients remain responsible for all payments associated with the coaching term selected at enrollment, even if they choose to stop participating before the end of that term, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Cancellations & Renewals

Clients may cancel any future renewal at any time before the next scheduled renewal or billing date. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current coaching term.

Cancellation of a future renewal does not provide a refund for payments already made or eliminate any remaining payments owed under an existing fixed-term coaching agreement.

Programs that do not automatically renew simply conclude at the end of the purchased coaching term unless the client chooses to continue.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests involving exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually at Minute Momentum’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
